Although it is not possible to estimate the exact costs of starting and maintaining a San Marino-based business as they vary widely depending on the changes in the shareholding structure, the company’s type of setup, the number of transactions and employees. In this page we aim to provide the average cost of starting a new business that does not have to satisfy specific requirements in terms of company’s setup and of administration.
